This website is operated by FELTBY PTY LTD, trading as FELT (“FELT”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of feltby.com, including any purchases made through our website and any related content, features, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, using our Services or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
1. Online Store Terms
By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You must not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of the Services.
You must not transmit malicious code, viruses or other material intended to interfere with the operation or security of our website or Services.
We reserve the right to refuse service where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

FELT curates and sells beauty and personal care products.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their appearance, packaging, size and other characteristics.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.
Product packaging, ingredients, formulations or other details may occasionally be updated by a manufacturer. You should always review the information provided on the product and its packaging before use.
If you have known allergies, sensitivities or specific concerns about a product or ingredient, please review the full ingredient information before using the product.
Individual experiences with skincare and beauty products vary. Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions of a product or its intended effects do not guarantee that every customer will experience the same result.
Nothing on our website is intended to constitute medical advice or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices include GST.
We may change product prices, promotions and offers from time to time without prior notice. Any change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order is subject to successful payment authorisation.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will generally receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated through our website.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent, except where the issue was caused by us or where otherwise required by law.
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Risk in products passes to you as determined by applicable law.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For change-of-mind returns, products must meet the eligibility requirements set out in that policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or unsealed beauty and personal care products generally cannot be returned for change of mind.
This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, FELT may offer promotional discounts, introductory offers, discount codes or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
- only one discount may be used per order where our checkout does not permit discounts to be combined; and
- promotions may be subject to additional conditions, availability or specified promotional periods.
We may modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect rights already acquired under an accepted order.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and current.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability or other matters.
Where permitted by law, we may correct errors or update information. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
